Confirmation of Registration

Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment
Upon submission of this Online Registration Form, seat(s) is/are tentatively reserved for you. Once payment is received by HKGBC, an official confirmation email will be sent to the participant(s) or designated contact person. Please present your registration number and name card at the registration counter at the conference. Should you not receive this confirmation, please contact the WorldGBC Congress 2015 Hong Kong Secretariat via email [email protected] for assistance.
 

Congress Terms and Conditions

Registration and Payment

  1. First-come-first-serve subject to payment received by HKGBC.
  2. Please make payment ASAP after registration.
  3. An official receipt will be distributed through email to the participant(s) or designated contact person after the event.
  4. For on-line payment, your credit card will be billed in HK Dollars (~US$1:HK$7.8). Credit card issuing banks may charge you an international transaction fee, dependent upon currency of the credit card. Please check with your credit card issuing bank for details of charges.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Payment is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
  2. Should the participant(s) be registered for the event, cancellation made after 10 September 2015 will NOT be accepted.
  3. Cancellation should be made by email (written) to [email protected].
  4. Registered participants who do not attend will be charged for the full amount paid.
  5. The event will be cancelled with a full refund if the typhoon signal no.8 or above, or black rainstorm warning is made 3 hours before the event commences.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registered participants. Requests should be made before 23 October 2015 by email to [email protected]. Please also provide the full name, contact number and email address of the substituted attendee.
