ZCB is the first zero carbon building in Hong Kong. It was developed by the Construction Industry Council (CIC) in collaboration with the Hong Kong Government to showcase the state-of-the-art eco-building design and technologies to the construction industry locally and internationally and to raise the community awareness of sustainable living in Hong Kong.

ZCB is a pioneering and inspiring project. It will not only serve as a platform for the construction industry to share knowledge and expertise in low/zero carbon building design and technologies, but also help to raise community awareness of low carbon living.
